BAAL Annual Meeting - Student Scholarships

BAAL offers an award to up to ten postgraduate students, based in the UK, who have had a paper or poster accepted for the Annual Meeting and who would otherwise be unable to attend.  The scholarship helps towards covering the cost of the conference fee.  BAAL does not provide additional living subsidies once the sponsored scholar is at the Conference.

BAAL Annual Meeting - Overseas Scholarships

BAAL offers two awards (one of which is the Chris Brumfit Award) to international colleagues, based overseas, who have had papers accepted for the Annual Meeting and who would otherwise be unable to attend because of economic hardship. The scholarships cover the conference fee, accommodation and travel up to £1,000. BAAL does not provide additional living subsidies once the sponsored scholar is at the conference.
