Delegates can register for this conference by downloading an application form. Please note that a separate booking form is required for each delegate.

Booking deadline is 15 August 2005.

Payments can be accepted by Cheque or Credit Card only.  We are sorry that we are unable to issue invoices. Delegates should send payment and claim back from your organisation.
